Can I insure my nephews car?

I recently sold my nephew a 97 Corolla and he’s trying to purchase car insurance, although he legally can’t since he’s still considered a minor. The car title is in his name so is there any way I can help him out? He doesn’t have any parents here and doesn’t have a legal guardian also.”
