ACCC Insurance is an insurance broker. They perform nationwide car insurance comparisons and sell insurance through major underwriters. This gives ACCC the ability to provide you with car insurance quotes based on your state's regulations without being a licensed insurance company in that state.
ACCC Insurance is not rated by the A. M. Best financial ratings company. This does mean that the company is a bad one to insure with, it means that, for whatever reason, it could not be included in the ratings for this category. The most likely explanation is that ACCC Insurance is not a direct sales insurance company, and the companies which are represented by ACCC Insurance are separately rated.
According to the Better Business Bureau, ACCC has had a total of 52 complaints lodged over the past 3 years, and 18 of those have been closed in the last 12 months. The predominant complaints against ACCC Insurance are in the area of products or problems with the company. As a result of those complaints, ACCC Insurance is rated F, the lowest rating available from the BBB.
ACCC insurance is based out of Delaware, but provides insurance availability throughout the United States through insurance offerings by multiple insurance providers. Customers can access account information or perform other account management activities, including reporting claims, online or through toll free numbers.
Insurance Products Offered
ACCC promotes itself as an easy way to get car insurance, allowing you to shop for coverage anywhere you plan to go. They do not offer insurance policies for the home, nor does the company provide life and or health insurance coverage. They are focused on one part of the insurance field and are not currently expanding into others.
