Bought another car, trying to find out if I would have to pay any type of fee for adding it to my insurance policy.

You shouldn't expect to pay a fee to add a vehicle to your current insurance policy, but you should expect to pay more overall for the policy. Adding a second vehicle will increase your premiums and your best option is to compare rates from multiple companies to see who will provide you with the right coverage at the lowest price.
