Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance was founded in 1980, growing out of the Maguire Insurance Company which was founded in 1964. Since that time, the company has made several additional acquisitions, and today continues to grow. Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance is a family owned and operated company, managed today by the son of the original company founder.
