I have been a loyal customer of State Farm for many years. When I moved to Arizona in 2005 I choose a nearby State Farm rep, Bob Vollmann. He and his office team have exceeded by expectations. They make me feel like an important customer with personalized service. Bob Vollmann himself has left me voicemail messages to wish me a Happy Birthday. He has always been a great resource for information when I needed it. I recently bought a used vehicle and Bob was there to answer questions and his staff added the vehicle to my policy easily and did in a way that saved me money. Even though I recently moved an hour and half away, I will continue to use Bob Vollmann as my auto insurance agent since he has provided me with such exemplary service. I find that this neighborly attitude keeps getting harder to find.
I have been with Bob as my agent for my car insurance and renters insurance for about 15 years. He is always available and always answers questions in depth and easily, He even sends a birthday card every year. The beginning of this year I had my very first bad car accident in my life. It was not my fault but the other driver admitted they were texting. My car was totaled. I had many conversations over the next few weeks with Bob and his staff. I was more than pleased with the treatment and answered all of the questions I had in such a hard time. He made sure all of my needs were met and I had a rental car etc. It was a great experience in a tough situation. I even had follow up calls. Great angent.
