Overall, my experience has been good. I signed up with this agent due to incentives I received through my work place. I was able to come in and pick the insurance coverage that I wanted and easily made decisions necessary to cover my family and my assets adequately. Signing up for everything was easy. I haven’t had too many follow-ups with my agent. This can be due to the fact that we don’t file claims often. I wouldn’t mind a call or some type of contact on a regular yearly basis just to make sure there haven’t been any life changes on my side. For example, we’ve had another child since starting with this company and yet they don’t know. I’m not sure if I should be adding insurance or making any other changes. It would be nice to have a conversation about that or be able to make those updates somewhere.
