She always reviews the policies when they come up for renewal. If the price increases she looks for better options to present to us. she is very knowledgeable and helpful. When we first moved here and had to find coverage for a farm style house that was not on a farm she worked until she found us a good rate that also gave us great coverage. In the years that have followed she has watched our policy and let us know when there were increases and then gave us better options. As our kids became of driving age she was of great help in making sure that we got all the discounts possible as we add the kids to our policy. Whenever there have been questions, she has always made herself available to help us.
