My agent usually uses the office staff to help me. I rarely connect with him. When I first got my policy over 10 years ago I used to interact with him. Now I don’t even remember the last time I spoke with him. The office staff can be quite nice at times and very helpful. Other times I have had rude service and they have been super unhelpful and written the wrong policies and I have had to call numerous times to correct it. That is really the worst part some of the staff are spot on and others are lost and make errors that I have to get them to fix. I am a multi car house and they send out too many cards with the wrong names on them. Yet another phone call.
My agent is very responsive to my needs. He quickly went over new insurance for my brand new car. Send the temporary card immediatly. Gave me a follow up call to see that I was happy with the policy. When my rates go down he contacts me and he sends me info on other insurance to consider. When I had 2 claims he immediatly got me taken care of and reccommeded a place to replace my glass. Overall, he is a good communicator and very easy to do business with. I would reccommend him to anyone needed insurance as I feel he is well informed about the type of policy and coverage that one needs. I have had nothing but good service from my State Farm agent and I don’t hesitate to call the office when I have a question or concern.
