Our insurance agent retired several years ago and this gentleman took over his customers. I then checked out other insurance companies and we have very good rates. We decided not to change insurance companies at the time. We have never spoken with this gentleman or had any interaction with him at all. I do not really know anything about him or his business practices. The few times I have called the office with a question, I get his administrative assistant who has helped and answered any question I have. I was told by another friend that they had changed insurance agents and weren’t satisfied with this gentleman. At this point, I would say, if we didn’t get such good rates, we probably would have changed insurance companies a while ago.
