I tried to change my life insurance policy, but the agent’s representative incorrectly submitted the information SEVERAL times. I have made multiple visits to the office, and it still is not rectified. I even went to the trouble of having the medical exam they required. They rarely call me back and have failed to follow up with their promises many times. Additionally, my auto policies have been written incorrectly, and then when I discover THEIR errors, I am still financially responsible for coverage I never asked for. AND, they failed to reinstate the coverage on a vehicle that was repaired and ready to be driven. We didn’t realize they hadn’t reinstated the coverage (even though I called AND visited their office) until 2 months later. When I asked to have it corrected, they actually charged me for the time they hadn’t done their job correctly! I plan to find a different agent as soon as I can find the time.
