Burton has been great. My realtor recommended him by name when I bought my first and current house. Mr. Spivey guided me through some very basic questions that I had. We corresponded by phone and email. A year into my policy, when my second payment was due, he was very reassuring when I asked about how escrow works. He also got me a significant savings on my auto insurance, even without the multi policy discount. A few months ago, I reached out to Burton about life and disability insurance, but that was just via email. As it turns out, I have a unique policy through my employer’s union. Though the policy was more expensive than my current rate, I would still contact Forsyth Insurance if I have insurance needs in the future.
