I have had my homeowner’s insurance with Cathleen for several years. She has always been very responsive when I’ve had a question about my policy or my invoices, etc. I did have to file a claim a couple of years ago and she was helpful to me in filing the claim and in answering questions I had about the claim process. The claim process went smoothly. Cathleen is available when needed, and I can reach her by phone or by email. She occasionally sends me communications by email, to let me know certain financial products services are available. These emails are infrequent and not bothersome or excessive. All in all, I’ve had a positive experience with Cathleen and I have no plans to switch to another insurance agent or company any time in the near future.
