this agent i am using for my insurance is one of the best. i can call her anytime even after her business hours if i need some help with filing a claim or any insurance related questions that i have. nationwide is not the best insurance company out there but their prices are pretty low. i had a friend recommend me to nationwide & told me to go to Cecilia. she will take care of me. the first time i went in for my quote she explained everything to me until i understand what was need for my car & house. she didn’t try to sell my anything that i did not need. the process was not that long. she will get you in & out of her office. if you do not speak english she speaks chinese. she have people that work there speak spanish also. if you need insurance go to cecilia & use nationwide.
