I live in a rural area, and my options are very limited when it’s comes to insurance coverage. I had a poor experience with our only other available agency. I had pretty much accepted that I had no other choices available. I received a letter in the mail several tears back, advertising for Nationwide. I contacted them, and I was introduced to Mr. Payne. He helped me transfer all my information over smoothly, explained my options, and has been helpful ever since. I had one claim, filed it on line, and he processed it immediately. I am very satisfied. He worked me to keep my rate the same, as I had had no violations in my 20 years of driving. He also sued the other company, on my behalf since it wasn’t me fault. I am very pleased, and highly recommend him.
