I didn’t even know where to begin looking for an insurance agent. I shopped around a lot and ultimately selected Farmers Insurance because it had the best coverage for the most reasonable price. I didn’t have a choice in agent; Charles was assigned to me and has been nothing but fantastic. He emails me enough to check in, but not so much that I feel overwhelmed or annoyed by the frequent communication. Also, when I first signed up, he called me and made sure I felt welcome and that I was getting everything I needed from my policy. I have yet to submit any claims on my renter’s insurance, but I know that if I ever needed to or if I have any questions I can reach out to him and he would be happy to help. I would highly recommend Charles as an agent!”
