The company was recommended to me by my agent in Pennsylvania, as I was moving to Tucson and needed an agent there. She worked with me over the phone before I moved and had everything ready for me. She gave me very good rates, as compared to my previous insurance. She was very communicative over phone and email, and I have no issues so far. I was only going to get home owners, but after going over all my policies and rates, she gave me a quote for including the car insurance with the home owners policy, and the rate was so much less than what I was currently paying that I went for it without question. She also was very responsive to follow up questions I had, answering within a day in every case. I am very pleased with my decision to go with her.
