The only reason I am with this agent is because my old state farm agent retired. I have been with State Farm for about 30 years and have usually been satisfied with their services. I really haven’t had much theft issues or car collisions, but the experiences I have had have most likely been pleasant. The few times I needed them they were always there for me and paid all my claims immediately and without issues. In the early 90’s I did have a problem with a stolen vehicle and when it was recovered I had to give them a list of everything that was in it that was stolen and what the replacement amount would be. We had been on vacation and all our luggage was stolen also (this happened on the way home). I got a check right away for the repairs on the car as well as all the luggage that was in there. I was lucky that I always make a list of what I take on vacation.
