The staff has always been very helpful. I have never had much of a wait time when I have visited the office. Help to process claims quickly. I was in a motor vechile accident and they were able to get my emergency care handled promptly and help me through the claims process. The staff I have encountered have always been professional and friendly and you feel like you are part of the family. Even when changing policies with different vechiles the process is always easy and I like that you can use several different applications to pay your bill. The mobile app has been the most helpful because this keeps all your insurance imformation in one place when you need it quickly. They called to check on me after my accident to make sure that I was doing okay.
