my seventeen year old son was in a small car accident. It was his very first, he was not sure what to do and the other driver was very intimating for such a young teenager. My son called Clark. Clark walked him through step by step to help him get all the correct information and to tell him to take pictures of the damage and the street and also helped him remain calm while he was being yelled at by the other driver. There was small amount of damage to either car. Clark helped us get the car fixed by sending us the locations of approved body shop and helped deal with the other driver even after the accident was over. he followed up months later to make sure everything was ok”
