Cliff was really helpful in getting me the car insurance coverage I was looking for at a great price. Price is my number one consideration, so when I found out the low price I could get with esurance, I was really surprised and skeptical. Cliff stayed on the phone with me for a half hour, walking me through every step of the insurance, and what each coverage was. He helped me discover discounts I’m eligible for, like the student discount and the American Express discount. He was extremely patient in explaining to me how Michigan (my state) charges fees and fines, and made sure they were included in the total cost of my insurance. He also gave me advice on when to cancel my current auto insurance, as I was purchasing a future policy. I was really pleased with my experience with Cliff; when I set up my renter’s insurance this month, I will definitely be calling him back.
