When I was buying my house, I initially took on the task of researching and procuring homeowner’s insurance myself. Unfortunately, right before my closing, my mortgage broker discovered that there was a mistake in the policy coverage I had obtained. She recommended that I work with Clint, who acted very promptly in getting me the coverage I needed so that my closing would not be delayed. Additionally, he was able to get additional discounts for me by suggesting I switch my auto policy to Liberty Mutual and gave me a discount for being an alum of his alma mater.
Several years ago, there was an extended period of cold weather that caused many burst pipes and subsequent water damage. While I was fortunate enough that my own property didn’t suffer any damage, it did leave me with some questions regarding the extent to which my homeowner’s policy would cover me if I did. I contacted Clint with my questions, and he was able to answer my questions readily.
