This is a small agency. Staff are friendly and personable. When we originally went in to set up insurance Connor was very helpful in getting our policy started. We had some trouble with the policy later on due to Allstate’s incompetence, and Connor and the other agency staff spent considerable time investigating what had happened and attempting to resolve the situation for us without us having to deal with Allstate directly. Unfortunately they weren’t successful but that was Allstate’s fault, not theirs. They also went out of their way to try to reduce our premium when it was due for renewal, offering us a significant saving on what we’d been paying for the previous six months. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this agent, I only wish they sold policies other than with Allstate.
