I chose this agent because he has been my parents agent and now I have been with him for close to 30 years. Any time I have had a question or problem he has been a phone call or visit away. I have had very few claims over the years, but when I have he has come through for me. It used to be that you had to visit your agent to set things up or get quotes and he has been great. Now a days you can do most of that online or on your phone. Its good to know there are still companies and people that will sit down with you and walk you through your policies. This has always been a company that I could trust and one that goes out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. There might be a cheaper way to go but you wont get the type of service that they provide.
