He reviewed my current policies and when we met, he had comparisons between my policies and 5 new ones. Everything was in clear numbers and I understood the exact differences. I appreciated his explaining everything to me until I understood. I appreciated his comparisons and explanations so I could see what the new changes were and what we needed to increase.
Since then, whenever I’ve emailed him, he responds quickly no matter the question. If he doesn’t’ know the answer, he will let me know he’s working on it. Navigating the insurance process can be confusing and his explanations are easy to understand. He takes time and patience with each of his clients.
