Every dealing I have had with Mr. Broderick has been excellent. I have been insured with him since I was sixteen years old, and through out the years I have not had a single complaint. He is always polite, and efficient. He is the type of person who has remembered my name, who I am, asked about my family, whenever I have been in his office. I purchased homeowners insurance with him when I bought my first house, and clearly explained each step of the policy. He went through the added parts of the policy, and it did not feel like he was trying to sell me things I do not need. I have not had to make a claim with his office yet, but family members who have say how he makes the process easy and bearable even though they are going through an awful situation. In my opinion he has been an exceptional agent.
