The customer service, especially, Iris , has been wonderful . I have spoken to her over phone and she has always been very professional and courteous. Often times, I have communicated with her via email. Her response has been very prompt. She has helped me not only in filing for the claims for incidents involving my vehicle but has also followed up with the State Farms Claim departments on their status. We have multiple policies with State Farm. Iris has helped me in understanding the coverages, deductable and discounts available in each of these policies. She was very kind and patient throughout the process. I am so glad that we chose this agency for our insurance needs when we moved to The Woodlands area.
