I’ve had Allstate for a few years now with my autos. In the past year they have replaced my damaged windshield due to a rock hitting it on the interstate. I really didn’t know what to expect when I called to turn in the damage. They were very courteous and directed me to the auto glass department and I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone who gave a recommendation of local glass repairmen in the area. I called the repairman and he was able to get my windshield replaced within the wee. They handled all the paperwork through the insurance company so I didn’t have to do a thing. I would recommend this agent to anyone in town looking for good auto coverage. The only drawback I had was when I needed to get coverage for my 18 year old son. The price quoted for his liability only coverage was extremely high and I had to find another company for him.
