My experience has been somewhat mixed. Signing up for a policy was easy, as I was able to do so online and make a payment seamlessly. However, they increased the quoted online price after several weeks, but changing my policy was not very easy. While I appreciate their professionalism and while they eventually sorted out my problem, I find they are a little bit slow to responsive to non-standard problems. I think they are very capable: they handled a recent request to modify my policy very well, and I was pleased with the outcome. However, it takes a while to reach them by phone, and the phone keeps ringing off the hook when you try and call. Mr. Gonzalez’ aides often are the first line of response, but their knowledge is of variable quality.
