David has always answered my questions, and really gone above and beyond. He helped me figure out all the ins and outs of flood insurance when my wife and I were purchasing our first home. The flood insurance was really expensive for this home, so we had to work around that. David helped us be able to afford the house, and helped us feel more confident that we had the policies we needed. He has also given me tips on reducing costs and getting the right amount of coverage. He also takes care of all of the communication with mortgage lenders, and is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend David and his team. Another thing is that he really seems knowledgeable about this area, which helps him know what really needs to go into a homeowner’s policy.
