I know that they’ve been selling insurance in the fayetteville area for some years now, probably close to around 20 years or more. So I know automatically that they know exactly what they are doing and have tons of experience with making customers happy and dealing with customers. I actually went to the office and sat and talked with a woman named Gina. She was very nice, the whole process I would say maybe took about thirty or fourty minutes at the most. She had to do all of the usual stuff like give me some quotes and I had to figure out exactly which package that I was wanting to go with. Eventually I found the one that I wanted to go with and I told Gina that and she took care of the rest. It was pretty simple. I’ve recommended them to several of my friends and I know that they have gone to them also and have had no complaints. Overall they are a great insurance provider.
