I have been pretty pleased with my agent. I have had a few over the years and this office is by far the most competent. When I buy or sell a car, a quick phone call cancels or starts my insurance. We have had a number of rental properties we have bought and sold with the same kind of experience. The website is quite good as well. I am able to pay all my premiums online and they offer a variety of payment plans as well allowing me to plan my cashflow well. My only disappoint was on some follow up on a lapsing liability umbrella policy that I was unsure if I should keep. No one ever got back to me on that. Otherwise, my experience has been good.
