We’ve had renter’s insurance with Diane Newman for about a year now. The process of getting the insurance in place was super simple and streamlined. It was done and all of the paperwork was where it needed to be in the matter of just a few days, perfect timing for us to move into our new location which required renter’s insurance. We just moved to a new apartment a couple weeks ago and they just ended the policy at the old apartment and started a new policy at our current apartment with the same coverage amounts and the same cost as before with no problem. I really appreciate how personal Diane and her colleagues at her agency are. They make the whole insurance process easy to work through and I’ll definitely be working with them on my insurance needs for any time so long as we’re still in the Portland area.
