My experience with Don Larkin and State Farm insurance has been what I expect: easy, convenient, friendly, and helpful. I purchased insurance quickly, and got an email and physical mail from Don. He checks up every now and then and I am happy with my service.
I haven’t spoken directly to Don from what I can recall, but I don’t need to as all the service I need is provided and it adds no complications to my life.
Paying is easy as I can just pay directly online and then move on. Don doesn’t bother me, but he’s available if I need to speak with him.
My experience has been positive and I would definitely choose State Farm insurance for my renter’s insurance again and Don as well if he was in the area that I lived in again.
