When we moved to the city of New Richmond, we needed home insurance and auto insurance. We were unfamiliar with the area and had no pre-existing relationships. A friend recommended Doug to us. We met with him, and he asked us our needs, and he set us up with some great services. We have gone back to him for some claims that needed attention and he was always attentive and helpful. We ended up sending our mother in law to him for her insurance needs. He’s also active in the local community, so we see him around town pretty often. It’s nice to know that a local agent is nearby and visible in the community. That means that he is responsible and willing to answer for the policies that he helps everybody set up.
