My experience with this agent has been great. I initially went on State Farm’s website in order to get a quote for renters insurance. After gathering as many quotes as I could, State Farm was the second cheapest option. I was originally going to go with the cheapest option until Eddie Collins contacted me. He explained to me that while the cost was slightly more than their nearest competitor, the coverage was superior. He told me that the amount of coverage I was receiving through State Farm was several thousand dollars more than through the other company. My deductible, in case i needed to file a claim, was less than the other company. Going into the process, my plan was simply to get as many quotes as possible and pick the cheapest one. After speaking with Eddie Collins, I realized that wasn’t necessarily the best decision.
About six months ago my renters insurance ran out and it was time for me to renew. Before I renewed with my old company, I went online to shop around. One of the places I got a quate from was State Farm. There price was slightly less than my renewal for my old company, but I was not sure if it was worth the hasssle to change companies. Soon after getting my online quote, Eddie Collins from my local State Farm office called. He asked me a couple questions and told me he was happy they could get me the best price. He assured me that switching would not be a hassle. I decided to go ahead and try and switch in order to save money. It was a seamless, easy process. He was great to work with and I’ve never had any problems.
