I’ve been with this same agency for over ten years. I’ve insured four different cars, my apartment, and now my house with her. When I have a question the agency is very quick to respond, and actively investigates ways that I can reduce my insurance premiums. I’ve never had a mistake initiated by their office that needed to be corrected. I’ve only had to file two claims with them and in both instances the response was very fast. We had a fire in our apartment only two months after taking out renter’s insurance and after one quick call to report the issue they dealt with the apartment manager from that point out. I never had to make another call and the apartments received their payment in a very timely fashion. Even the apartment manager made a comment to me about how nice they were to deal with. We sometimes consider changing agents to save a little more money but the service we have received is so good we choose to stay where we are.
