Ms. Emily is such a wonderful agent. She is very friendly and she cares about you as a friend not just as a customer. It’s a small town so most people in this place knows each other so it’s kind of hard to not hear if she did something wrong with other customers. She is helpful and very knowledgeable and knows her field so if customers have questions she make sure that you’ll get a satisfying answer. She’s the small town favorite insurance agent. She almost knows everybody that are residence in this place and she is known by almost everyone in this place. It is really hard for her to hide any negative feedback if she did something wrong to another customer of she’s not helping the customer to the customers satisfaction. That is the advantage or probably disadvantage of doing business in a small town which everybody knows everybody.
