I have been a long time ALFA member, my former agent retired a few years ago and Mr. Sanders took over her clients. I have not had a lot of dealings with him, but the few times I have needed something he has been great. I can’t say that I have had any complaints with him since he has been my agent. Everyone I have ever dealt with at ALFA’s Pisgah location has been amazing. They always go out of their way to help me in any way that they can.
We had tornado damage to our house during one of the tornadoes that hit Northeast Alabama and they were quick to come out, give us an estimate, and send us a check. We were able to get our damage repaired much quicker than people who had insurance with other companies.
