We were looking for an insurance company to purchase renter’s insurance through. State Farm was the most reasonable. We looked in the area and found Essex Marshall was right down the street from our apartment. So we have been working with Essex for the past 4-5 years. Last year, we purchased our first home. Essex was right there giving us quotes, suggestions on our home that could lower our insurance. We were able to go into the office and easily switch from our renter’s insurance to homeowner’s insurance. We were able to add car insurance as well. Whenever we call, he is quick to return our calls. He sends correspondence in the mail when birthdays and anniversaries roll around. He has called us and inquired about life insurance too. He has a great personality and is very easy to work with. Whenever we have concerns or questions about billing or lowering our insurance, he takes time to explain our options. He is an awesome agent.
