I first heard about Eugene from a family member about fifteen years ago. Before meeting with him, I had been using Progressive. Although their coverage was sufficient, I wanted a more personalized experience. Plus, it is important to me to know that if I do end up in an accident I have someone looking out for me who I know. Eugene’s office was a typical insurance office but he added important little touches to make it feel more personalized. For example, he had a couple of pictures of his dogs and a large painting of his sailboat. I also enjoy sailing so I felt right at home. Since switching to Allstate I have been fortunate enough to have had no accidents or issues. Nonetheless, I am glad I switched over and I will probably consider using Allstate for my homeowners insurance when I purchase a house in the next five years.
