I was referred to Frank by a friend who has done business with him for several years. When I walked into the office, Frank was friendly and personable. If anything, he is over-the-top friendly. I showed him my current insurance declaration page, and he punched the numbers in and gave me a better rate. I have worked as an insurance agent before, and I was decidedly unimpressed by his lack of questions about what coverage I needed. He wouldn’t have cared if I just wanted state minimums. So, I directed him towards the coverage that I preferred, and he finished the sale. Here is where I am unimpressed completely. Since then, which was four years ago, I haven’t heard from him once. I know that this experience is common with insurance agents, but it annoys me.
