I have been with Gabe Ortega/State Farm insurance for over four years now. My experience has been, overall, a very positive one. Any time that I have needed help with anything regarding the auto insurance, I’ve been able to call them and they answer my questions in a clear, concise manner and I leave the conversation having a better understanding of my initial question or concern. Any time I’ve had to communicate with them, the staff has been very pleasant and eager to help when it is needed. While I haven’t had any wrecks, so I can’t speak from experience with how they would handle my case, every thing else from changing policies or removing people from my insurance has been a breeze. I am satisfied with the work done through Gabe Ortega’s office and will continue to do business with them into the foreseeable future so long as they continue to maintain the same level of service.
