I have been a customer for approximately 9 years., and at first I just had homeowners insurance with him, but he told me once my auto insurance expired he could get me a better deal if I bundled my auto with my homeowners insurance. He’s very helpful and he’s easy to contact if I have any questions or problems. I had an accident in 2014, and he walked me through the claims process and kept in touch with me all during the process, I didn’t even have to call him, he called me, and I got the money that was due me really quickly. When I go to meet him at his office, he always has a smile and greets me by name. He seems very knowledgeable about the insurance business, and is not too pushy about trying to sell me insurance that I don’t really need. Overall, he just makes me feel more secure, knowing my insurance needs are being taken care of.
