I have had this agent for many years, across three different homes. I have had to call him twice for storm damage to my home and each time he sent someone out quickly to asses the damage and came himself. He let me know what would be covered and what I would have to pay out of pocket. He is available outside of average business hours and a member of our community. He cares about his customers and makes sure everything is fixed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. He also let me know that my roof would need to replaced soon and offered to cover for the materials and I paid for the labor. At a previous house I had a leak in my roof that came into the inside of the house. He waived my co-pay, fixed the leak and I only had to paint the interior.
