We were actually transferred to Greg Fosse following the retirement of our previous insurance agent. Our family has a long history with State Farm and we decided to stay with them. Greg is always friendly and takes the time to answer questions whether on the phone or in person. Any claims we have had to make, he or his office co-workers have been more than helpful in helping submit claims. Greg follows up claims with a personal call to make sure that everything has been covered and that we are all right. The office keeps us informed every step of the way on claims processing. I once had an accident while on the East Coast and Greg and his staff were so helpful in finding out answers I needed and keeping in touch. Greg is quick to return phone calls if he is out of the office when I call.
