A couple of years ago, this agent called me almost 20 times after being asked to stop calling. Finally it stopped. Now it’s starting again with 3 calls in 2 weeks. I contacted Corporate and they suggested filing a police report. This guy is just creepy.
I’ve been a loyal State Farm client for years and relocated to Illinois within the past year for a new job. I transferred my insurance to Mr. Pec because his office was friendly and helpful and I got a good deal on my insurance (the cost ended up being significantly less than I had expected). His office has been very good about contacting me whenever they needed additional information for my policy, and when a payment failed to go through because my card had an issue they notified me right away. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience, and I would absolutely recommend Mr. Pec and State Farm to others looking to purchase auto insurance. Everything has been handled professionally and I am highly satisfied with my choice of insurance agent and insurance carrier.
