Our experience with Jaime has been great. We have only had to deal with him a few times after purchasing our initial policy back in 2009. Most recently, we had to deal with Jaime on an issue with our new home equity loan. The bank we wanted to get our home equity line of credit from was having a hard time getting their name added to our policy. Something that seemed like a simple process was taking forever and slowing down the entire process. I called Jaime and he had the necessary paperwork to me within a few hours. He easily could have said that that wasn’t his thing to do, but no, he took care of us!! It made us able to close on our equity line of credit quicker”
