1. The apartment i rent recommend the insurance company and agent. I don’t have any issues or anything. The rate was already set and it is standard for everyone living in the apartment. I was told if i bundle insurance i may be able to get better rates so, I have contacted them few times to bundle my renters and car insurance. They have tried working a good rate for me but haven’t been able to lower the rate. They always call back in few days to check if i am still interested in purchasing the bundled package.The office staff are always polite and professional on the phone. The office usually sends a card on our birthday.They are patient & knowledgeable in all areas of insurance! I HIGHLY recommend this business!!”

2. The one occasion on which I had a claim the agent was very helpful to us. More recently she told us that the homeowner’s policy was going toward a percent of a deductible and was able to keep our rate low. This was something that we appreciated much as I was not keen on going with a low deductible anyway. We are always give fair notice when the premium is due, which is usually about March-April. They make sure that we get the multi line discount as we also have our auto policy with them but with a different agent in town. The staff always seems to have time to answer any questions I might have when I stop in. One of their staff is a friend of a colleague of mine.
