When I started coverage with Jim Feeney, I was actually working for Farm Bureau, a competitor. Between issues with my prior agent and knowing a little too much about how the company I worked for operated, I was keen to find another company for my own business. I shopped around and was immediately impressed with Jim Feeney’s office. The assistant in the front office was knowledgeable and prompt, Jim was nice and no-nonsense, and I got the exact coverage I wanted very quickly. Later when I needed homeowner’s insurance, they were able to issue me a policy quickly and effectively. Every so often I get a notice from them thanking me for my business (along with address labels!) and they’re very good about checking in to make sure my coverage is up to date. When I had a claim (only claim so far, knock on wood) they were terrific. I’ve been with them about 10 years and have no plans to go anywhere else.
