I have used the same Allstate office for my insurance needs since I began driving. Over the years I have had multiple times when I needed to request a change in my service or coverage such as adding a new vehicle or getting insurance for my house when it was purchased. Every time I have called Jim’s office, I have been treated kindly and professionally. The response was quick and I have never had any problems. I have even gone through Jim’s office to assist me with claim submission. Even though he could easily have recommended that I call the 1800 number on my card, instead his office took care of taking down my information and got my claim started for me. It was a huge help to talk to someone I know and trust in that moment. His office has also helped me find discounts that I didn’t even know I might qualify for. I couldn’t recommend his office enough.
